Attracting international talent to Lithuania | Policy paper along the set of practices released

TALENTAS project released a policy paper “How can Lithuania Harness International Talent to Attract Growth?” and an accompanying set of recommendations “Attracting International Talent to Lithuania: International Best Practices and Approaches”.

The two documents conclude a two-year long project focused on contributing to structural reforms that could help Lithuania attract and retain global talents. During the lifespan of the project led by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), the field research was jointly coordinated with experts from Diversity Development Group.
