DDG at EASO Consultative Forum Plenary Meeting

DDG has participated in the 8th EASO Consultative Forum Plenary Meeting in Brussels. The discussion on reception of asylum seekers between NGOs, policy-makers and field experts has prompted a productive knowledge exchange. During the workshop on Reception and Society, representatives from numerous countries have emphasised the importance of countering asylum-related stereotypes at both local and national authority levels instead of fully delegating such responsibility to CSOs.
